I have had this blog for 5 years and my activity on it has been sporadic. I once was very active and monitored the number of hits I was getting. Now, I have no idea if anyone reads this.

Blogging and jogging have been good for Jeff Dowdle for as long as I can remember. I encourage you to keep jogging as long as your body will take it, and keep blogging your thoughts as long as your mind is sound enough to organize it all into sentences. You and the boys will have a connection that we never had by reading the history of your thoughts captured in your blogs. The people that will get the most out of reading this aren't real big into reading just yet. Me included. ;)
