Leadership

I'm participating in an online leadership assessment. I had to do a self-assessment and then identify a variety of "observers". These "observers" are to be supervisors, direct reports and colleagues. They will then evaluate me anonymously and I will get the results. I identified 15 "observers" so I should get a variety of responses.

I enjoy personal growth but it can be scary when you just open yourself up for critique.
