Our most thoughtful family member isn't actually a member of our family; he's our Saturn salesperson. This isn't an advertisment but just fact. Two years ago we purchased a Saturn for my wife, and I know it was two years ago because we got an anniversary card from our Saturn salesperson, Barry Neal, today. In the last two years Barry hasn't failed to miss one of our birthdays and that includes Shelley's mother because she also purchased a Saturn from him shortly after we did.
Now, I know it isn't rocket science since all of our information is in their computer system but he also always manages to write a little note to our son who was six months old then. He also will send us a card for no particular reason. We can always count on Barry.
