I have really been struggling with developing an opinion about President Bush's latest Supreme Court nominee and so far all I can come up with is that I am disappointed. She may be a very fine Justice in the long run but I think the President had many better choices. I'm not sure if he is playing politics or just knows something we don't but I don't know if I want to take the chance with a life time appointment.
We have the numbers, we won the elections and we need to take advantage of this opportunity.
